And would it also appear on the profile of the user’s account, the artpiece?

Is the featured folder full or something? 

So um...In which folder to submit just regular fanart unrelated to any game or a series on the channel? Cause i can't seem to find a folder for that, and submitting to featured without asking seems a bit douchey in most groups so I didn't wanna try that.
